The Journal of Energy Conversion and Management covers a wide range of topics related to energy such as the energy efficiency and management; heat pipes; thermo-siphons and capillary pumped loops; space and terrestrial power systems; hydrogen production and storage; hydrogen energy; renewable energy; nuclear power; solar energy; single and combined cycles; miniaturized energy conversion and power systems; fuel cells and advanced batteries; and water management and desalination. The journal also accepts international symposiums, conferences and colloquiums for energy related information dissemination and a set of presented papers are selected after peer-review for publication in special issues of the same journal. One of such scientific events took place in Sousse, Hammamet, Tunisia on December 19-22, 2012 as "The International Renewable Energy Congress (IREC)," which has provided a forum for researchers and practitioners around the world on recent developments in the fields of renewable energy.
