2011 MAR 23 - (VerticalNews.com) -- According to recent research fromrnGuangzhou, People's Republic of China, "The thermal stability of the gold nanorods in anrnaqueous solution was investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and TEM technique. Itrnwas found that the longitudinal surface plasmon resonance absorption of the gold nanorodsrngradually moved to a shorter wavelength at high temperature, suggesting the decrease of thernaspect ratio."
