Information on angiogenesis in parathyroid pathology is scanty and in particular no data are available in parathyroid carcinomas. The aim of this study was to analyze angiogenesis as microvascular density (MVD) in parathyroid neoplastic progression from normal gland to adenoma and carcinoma.
