摘要

In the paper an algorithm and computer software for the optimization of error actuated control systems with electromagnetic linear actuator is presented. The software consists of two main parts: (a) optimization solver and (b) numerical model of the actuator. For the optimization, the genetic algorithm has been adopted. Numerical implementation is based on the finite element method and the step-by-step algorithm. The influence of actuator dimensions and the PID controller settings on the operation of the system is shown. Two different optimization problems have been considered. Selected results of the analysis are presented and discussed.
