High-efficiency regulator for on-chip charge pump voltage elevators

摘要

Proposed is a linear regulator topology for on-chip charge pump voltage elevators. As opposed to the case of conventional schemes, the pass transistor of the regulator feeds the last stage of the charge pump rather than the output load. Key advantages of the proposed solution are reduced silicon area and improved power efficiency.
