The Si500 silicon oscillator is offered as the highest-stability 100% CMOS device of its kind -enabling shorter lead times, lower cost, higher reliability, and higher performance than existing quartz-based oscillators. The product family offers a period jitter of less than 0.8 ps at 100 MHz and supports frequency stability options ranging from ±100 to ±150 ppm, while providing a drop-in compatibility with quartz-based oscillators.
