45-V Schottky diodes support 175℃ junction temperature

Two high-performance 45-V Schottky diodes are the industry's first devices to offer junction temperatures to 175℃. Built on submicron trench technology, the 30CTT045 and 60CPT045 Schottky diodes offer low forward-voltage drop and low reverse leakage, enabling increased power density in automotive and other high-temperature applications. The two Schottky diodes have maximum forward voltage drops at 125 ℃ of < 0.50 V typ. at 30 A for the 60CPT045, and < 0.50 V typ. at 15 A for the 30CTT045. Reverse leakage at 125℃ is 5 and 2 mA for these respective devices.
