SiN chip capacitor is industry's smallest

Constructed with a single wire-bondable pad on top and metallization on the backside for epoxy die attach, the SiC0101 silicon nitride capacitor is available in footprints down to 0.25 × 0.25 mm and heights to 0.1 mm - presented as the industry's smallest and thinnest device of its type. The miniature chip capacitor offers stability over values from 4.7 to 22 pF at frequencies from 1 MHz to several gigahertz for applications such as voltage-controlled oscillators, filter networks, and match- ing networks in wireless modules.
