High-performance 16-bit MCUs take less than 1 uA in standby

The MSP430F23x/F24x/x26x families of low-power/ high-performance 16-bit microcontrollers encompass 17 devices that feature 8 to 120 Kbytes of flash. The ICs take less than 1 pA of standby current max and yield a 20% reduction of operating current over previous versions, extending battery life of remote sensors, ZigBee transceivers, and handheld instruments applications.
