The SiZ700DT asymmetric power MOSFET is available in a 6 × 3.7-mm PowerPAIR package that combines a low-side and high-side MOSFET in one device. The device is 0.75 mm high and 28% thinner than the Pow-erPAK 1212-8 and SO-8 packages.
