A family of automotive qualified MOSFETs (AUIRF1324WL and AUIR-F3004WL) housed in a WideLead TO-262 package reduce lead resistance by 50% compared to tradition-al TO-262 rnpackages while off e r I n g rn30% higher current carrying capability. They suit generic heavy-load/ high-power through-hole applications requiring low on-state resistance, electric power steering and battery switches used in internal combustion engine cars, and micro and full hybrid vehicles.
