60-W dc/dc converter achieves 92% efficiency

The JCK60 series of metal cased 60-W dc/dc converters target telecommunications, networking and industrial applications. Measuring 2 × 2 × 0.4-in. the convection cooled converter has a power density of 37.5 W/ in.3 and does not need forced air cooling, additional heat sinking or baseplate cooling. The single output dc/dc converter series accommodates a 2:1 input voltage range and includes undervoltage lockout.
