Rad-hard dc/dc converters suit use in deep space

The Standard Microcircuit Drawings by the Defense Logistics Agency were released for the SVR series of radiation hardened dc/dc converters, point of load converters, and EMI filters The products target the most extreme requirements of space systems. The converters and filters include 24 modules in seven product families, are suited for use in LEO, MEO, GEO, deep space and launch vehicle programs, and feature maximum levels of radiation hardening with a total ionizing dose of 100 krad(Si) and single-event phenomena of 85 MeV-cm~2/mg.
