To provide a DC/DC converter excellent in power efficiency and capable of insulation output, which can be used for space by utilizing an uninsulated POLDC/DC converter for space.SOLUTION: In a control IC1, according to a PWM control signal, Q1 and Q3 are turned ON/OFF synchronously, and Q2 is turned ON/OFF in opposite phase to Q1 and Q3. A output terminal +5 Vis an insulated output end isolated from an input terminal Vby a transformer T1. Since an exciting current of the transformer T1 can be made to flow through Q3 while the period when Q1 is turned ON, an uninsulated output end is provided at both ends of the capacitor C2, a load is connected thereto, and a load current is caused to flow, and therefore, there is no need to flow the exciting current through T1. Since it is unnecessary to consume electric power in a load device between the uninsulated output terminals, the insulated output can be provided with high power efficiency.
