APEX 2002 Covers Range of Assembly Process

All segments of the electronics assembly industry, from bare boards to tested assemblies, will be represented at the IPC SMEMA Council's Electronics Assembly Process Exhibition and Conference (APEX), when it opens Jan. 19 at the San Diego Convention Center. The 2002 show which, as always, showcases machinery from major pick-and-place equipment manufacturer, runs through Jan. 22.
