The Weidmiiller Group, Detmold, Germany, has acquired W Interconnections Inc. from Rockwell Automation. The business manufactures active and passive interface modules for industrial automation and control applications including printed circuit board terminals, terminations, enclosures and related accessories. Both parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price or contractual details.
