STMicro's STPS60SM200C rectifier targets high-efficiency power conversion

The STPS60SM200C dual Schottky rectifier targets use in ac/dc power supplies in telecom base stations and welding equipment. The device features a 200V maximum reverse voltage, operates at temperatures as low as —40℃, and achieves more-than-2-kV ESD protection. Other features include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V, an average forward current of 60A, a maximum operating junction temperature of 175℃, and a typical forward voltage of 640 mV.
