PURPOSE: A transformer assembly formed by connecting a plurality of high-step-up low-profile transformers, and a power conversion apparatus and power generation apparatus using the transformer assembly are provided to decrease the thickness of a transformer and to maintain an efficiency regardless of an interconnection resistance between transformer terminals. CONSTITUTION: A transformer assembly(101) includes a plurality of transformers formed by winding a first coil(104) and a second coil around a winding core. N transformers are arranged in a lead out direction of terminals of the first coil, and M transformers are arranged in a lead out direction of terminals of the second coil. The transformer has one terminal(102a) and the other terminal(102c) of the first coil disposed on an opposite side of the winding core, respectively, and one terminal(102e) and the other terminal(102f) of the second coil disposed on an opposite side of the winding core, respectively. The transformer is formed to cross a line coupling two terminals of the first coil with a line coupling two terminals of the second coil.
