If you use toxic chemicals or flammable substances at your worksite, OSHA and EPA want to know how you are going to respond to accidental air releases that put your employees or neighbors at risk. Your emergency response program has to be in place by June 21, 1999. And EPA is not looking for a boxful of hard copies. They want your submission on disk, and they intend to post it for public scrutiny on the Internet.
