Idaho Power Pays Tribute to Vietnam Veterans

Service is much more than a slogan for EEI's member companies: it is deeply embedded in our industry's heritage and DNA, and it is a way of life. In the spirit of this recognition and appreciation, Idaho Power has partnered with the Idaho Department of Veterans Services, the Library of Congress Veterans History Project, and the Naval Historical Foundation to recognize and salute the service and sacrifices of Idaho's Vietnam War-era veterans. Each of Idaho's approximately 44,000 Vietnam veterans will receive a special Idaho edition of a 175-page commemorative book, A Time to Honor: Stories of Service, Duty, and Sacrifice, as well as a copy of a 60-minute feature documentary, The Journey Home, and an e-book with an online repository for all Idaho-specific stories.
