Categorization — It's All About Context

Unstructured data is estimated to comprise more than 80% of all corporate data. To tackle this "elephant in the corner," a multitude of technology solutions have been offered up—search, visualization, entity extraction, link analysis, etc. Each of these technologies is useful and necessary for a complete 360-degree view of all your unstructured data. But the two most important pieces are search and categorization. Most people use search. They are finally learning that search is ineffective without categorization.
