To develop sound and forward-looking insights on pressing healthcare business and supply chain issues, UPS commissioned the fourth annual "Pain in the (Supply) Chain" survey this year. The survey, conducted by TNS, polled close to 250 senior executives from pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies in the US, Europe and Asia.
