Bribie Island exposed coastline resilience and awareness project - Moreton Bay Regional Council

The Moreton Bay oil spill impacted on the sensitive coastline of Bribie Island and further highlighted the need for restoration works on degraded and exposed foredune sections of Woorim Beach. Damage resulting from the oil spill also increased the need for a public awareness campaign on the fragility of this ecosystem.
