The presents the spectral and angular dependences of the brightness coefficients гλof ice and water clouds, obtained as a result of the processing of data from aircraft and balloon experiments. The characteristics were obtained for the spectral band 1-4 μm and scattering angles 20-180deg. The difference in the spectral and angular dependence of г_λfor ice and water clouds is shown. The difference in the spectral variation of г_λfor ice clouds for scattering anglesг<50deg and г >50deg is moved.
