Mercator looks at separation of dredging and shipping business

Indian shipowner Mercator Limited may restructure its dredging and shipping business into separate entities. At time of press on 12 August, the Singapore-listed company had revealed that it was exploring this possibility during a routine filing of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2017.
