The second Postrivoro, a surprising mix of gastronomy, architecture and art, is a "healthy and imaginative event" conceived by the association of young gourmands, Raw Magna. The formula is simple: only 20 seats, strictly by reservation only. The dinner or lunch is tended to in every detail by a young up-and-coming chef from a top-rated restaurant. In the Rione Bianco complex, a professional kitchen was set up next to a magnificent vaulted dining room with one large table for the guests. The combination of conceptual cuisine and conviviality was enlivened by contributions to the interior by emerging artists, such as the unusual ceramics by Nero, who infused the interior with a wry, noir atmosphere by means of his fantasy animals.
