Studying human biological fluids is a key problem for both general diagnosing various pathologies and detecting severe diseases related to neoplastic transformation as well as vascular and other diseases. The most convenient study objects in terms of collecting material for analysis, which provide an opportunity to obtain ample information regarding the state of the organism, are such traditional medical fluids as blood and urine. The composition of these biological fluids reflects current state of each organ separately and the entire organism as a whole. Other biological fluids—lymph, sweat, saliva, tear, etc.—may also provide important information on the state of the organism. However, methods of analysis of these fluids and their collection are less convenient to be used in clinical practice.
