摘要

Earlier, while studying tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), we discovered the At-4/1 protein with an unknown function, which was identified as one of cellular polypeptides of Arabidopsis thaliana interacting with the TSWV movement protein in two-hybrid yeast system. We were the first to construct At-4/1 gene variants fused with GFP (green fluorescent protein). Bombardment of plant leaves with microparticles carrying vector DNAs with the hybrid At-4/1-GFP gene made it possible to reveal peculiar properties of this protein.
