Innovative solutions for connecting elements of increased factory ready of large-panel buildings in the Arctic zone

摘要

The article discusses innovative technological solutions that make it possible to carry out installation work on the construction of buildings from prefabricated elements in the extreme conditions of the Arctic zone and the Far North. The factors complicating construction in such conditions are given. The technical result is achieved by developing new types of interfaces of elements of increased factory readiness, in which all elements in large-panel buildings are connected by means of an anchor-bolt connection without the use of welding and monolithing, or by arranging non-welded interpanel joints in the form of cable loops. The proposed innovative spatial-structural systems of frame-panel and frameless buildings make it possible to simplify the process of erecting a building and reduce the labor intensity of work and the duration of construction, solving many problems in the regions of the Far North.
