摘要

The current evaluation model ignores the impact of evaluation index weight on the evaluation results, resulting in poor accuracy of the evaluation results. In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the economic profit and loss and treatment effect of environmental treatment project, the economic profit and loss evaluation model of environmental treatment project is studied based on fuzzy entropy weight method. According to the contribution of the indicators to the identification of sample categories, the entropy weight index weighting method is constructed, and the weighted average concept is introduced to construct the fuzzy evaluation model. Combined with the entropy weight index weighting method and the fuzzy evaluation model, the economic profit and loss evaluation model of environmental governance engineering is constructed, and the high reliability evaluation index system is constructed according to the engineering characteristics and regional economic and environmental characteristics. Combined with the actual data of a river regulation project and the evaluation results of experts'qualitative indicators, the economic profit and loss evaluation results of the project are obtained. Compared with the development status of the river region after the regulation, the industrial economic level of the river region has increased by 26.19% and the per capita disposable income has increased by 34.48%. The model accurately evaluates the economic profit and loss of the project and can provide reference for the engineering reform.
