EFFECTS OF ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENTALPOLLUTION ON HEALTH INDICATORS OF BASKETBALL PLAYERS IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT

摘要

Air pollutants are one of the risk factors that se-riously threaten the health of basketball players in outdoor environments, and exercising under high concentrations of particulate matter pollution can lead to inflammation, decreased function of respira-tory and cardiovascular tissues, and affect exercise function. To study the specific effects of atmospheric environmental pollution on the health indexes of basketball players in an outdoor environment, this paper constructs a constraint system of physical health indexes of outdoor sports population by using the parameters of maximum oxygen uptake, maxi-mum ventilation, oxygen pulse rate and heart rate as constraint indexes, and uses the load test of the elec-trocardiogram and metabolic analysis experimental methods to test the health effects on outdoor basket-ball players under the weather of atmospheric envi-ronmental pollution. The study found that the health effects of outdoor basketball players in polluted at-mospheric weather were measured by electrocardio-graphic load test and metabolic analysis. It was found that before exercise, with the increase of the degree of atmospheric pollution, the trend of the ef-fect on PEF and FEF25 was more consistent,and the negative effect of Lagt was larger, decreasing by 2.17% and 1.70%,respectively;while the effect of Lag3 and Lag2 was larger for FEF50 and FEF75.re-spectively(2.48% and 2.97%).After exercise, the degree of air pollution had a statistically significant (1.38%.P<0.05)effecton the same daylag ofFEF25 at Lag1,FEF50 at Lag0 and Lag1(1.83%,3.74%, P<0.05), and for PEF was with a larger negative ef-fect at Lagl(2.63%).The study concluded that out-door basketball sports should be reduced in the weather of atmospheric pollution environment, and certain aerobic exercises should be performed in the environment with good air quality to avoid inhala-tion ofpolluted air, which leads to lung diseases, and a scientific exercise plan andcertain indoor exercises are needed in the weather of atmospheric pollution environment. On this basis, it is proposed that the ex-ploration of the mechanism of exercise resistance to pollutant-induced organism damage, the determina-tion of the safety threshold range of exercise in air pollution environment, and the establishment of the early warning mechanism of exercise and fitness en-vironment pollution will be the research selections and further research focus with important scientific and practical significance in this research area.
