With the development ofsocialeconomy, people's livesareimproving day by day. Chronic diseases represented by diabetes have gradually entered people's field of vision. Thelatest datareleased by theInternationalDiabetes Federation IDF in 2019 (9th edition) shows that in 2019, approximately 463 million adultsaged 20 to 79 worldwideis suffering fromdiabetes,accounting for 1/11 ofthetotal population; International Diabetes Federation predicts that in 2030 The number of diabetes patients worldwidecould riseto 578.4 million. [1] T2DM(type 2 diabetic mellitus) patientsaccount for 90%ofthe diabetic patients. T2DMhas become one oftheimportantchronic diseases that damagethe health ofthe people ofthe world. It has broughtserious health economic burdens to thecountry, society and families,and isa majorand urgent public health issuethat need to besolved. At this stage, the understanding oftheetiology and pathologicalmechanismof diabetes is stillinsufficient. It iscurrently believed that insulin resistanceis theinitiating factor leading to increased blood glucose, so improving insulin resistance has becomea key step to prevent the occurrenceand development of diabetes.
