Cavernous Haemangioma of the Maxillary Sinus Mimicking Antrochoanal Polyp

Cavernous haemangioma of the maxillary sinus often presents with recurrent epistaxis and nasal obstruction. Clinical featuresusually mimics sinonasal mass or antrochoanal polyp. We report this case of a 13 years old female patient with unilateral maxillarysinus cavernous haemangioma which was managed successfully by both endoscopic and Caldwell Luc approach. The patientpresented with features of antrochoanal polyp. Radiologically, it was suspected to be an Angiomatous Antrochoanal polyp andhistologically proved to be a cavernous haemangioma. Postoperative period was uneventful.
