As people pay more and more attention to the environmental noise problem of substations, it is an important environmental protection work to carry out noise control of over-subjected substation. According to the lack of strict scientific argumentation, poor engineering control effect and high project cost, the paper proposes an accurate control model for outdoor substation noise.
