110kV户外变电站噪声污染分析与治理方案

         

摘要

为实现对某市市区110 k V户外变电站厂界噪声和环境保护目标声环境质量超标的治理,首先对其噪声污染情况进行现状监测,并基于监测结果分析变电站噪声污染特征、噪声污染源及频谱特征.然后探讨针对该户外变电站本体降噪、受体降噪及隔声屏障降噪的局限性,在此基础上提出一种可行性较强的传播途径噪声治理方案,即在变压器防火墙外设置整体隔声罩(BOX-IN).针对该降噪方案,论述工程设计需要解决的隔声罩结构设计、内部散热与消声等关键问题.通过Soundplan模型预测对降噪效果进行评估,结果表明采取该方案后变电站厂界噪声和周围高层居民楼声环境质量均可达标.%In order to reach the noise standards for boundary noise and acoustic environment of protection objects of on 110 k V outdoor substation, this paper firstly carries out state monitoring on noise pollution and analyzes noise pollution characteristics, noise pollution source and spectrum characteristic based on monitoring results.Then it discusses limitation of in-body noise reduction, receptor noise reduction and noise barrier reduction for the outdoor substation, on this basis it proposes a noise control scheme w ith high feasibility w hich is to install an overall BOX-IN outside the firew all.Aiming at this noise reduction scheme, it discusses critical problems required to be solved for engineering design such as structure design of the BOX-IN, internal heat dissipation, noise elimination, and so on.It makes evaluation on noise reduction effect by using the Soundplan model and the result indicates boundary noises of the substation and acoustic environment of surrounding high residential buildings can reach the standards after taking this scheme.
