摘要

Research aims to know the commitment and attitude of the employees of the organizations on the changes that occur in the environment of IAIN Pekalongan, using quantitative research design. Design of this research use the technique of survey to collect information from respondents using question form or questionnaire. Population in the research all the employees with the status of permanent as well as contract?????? which ia 35 employees. The technique of determination of samples is carried out by means of purposive sample with some specified criteria. The results of the research done explains that influential employees significant commitment on organizational change. Likewise with influential attitude variables significantly to organizational change. Change IAIN Pekalongan concluded according to plan that has been set, this is due to support the commitment and attitude of the entire employee of any changes that occur.
