Comparison of early results of total knee replacement performed with Zimmer iASSIST versus conventional technique

Background:Zimmer iASSIST knee is an accelerometer-based navigation system with the aim of achieving better alignment in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). We have started using this system since early 2016. This is a retrospective case–control study, which aims to compare the radiological alignment, operation time, and blood loss of TKAs performed using the iASSIST system and those using conventional techniques.
