Artificial intelligence (AI) within GI endoscopy is an areaof growing interest and ongoing innovation. The use ofcomputer-aided diagnosis (CADx) and computer-aideddetection (CADe) technologies based on AI algorithmsmay help augment endoscopists’ performance if thesetools can be effectively incorporated into the endoscopysuite.
