Optimization of WEEE recycling network for E-wastes based on discrete event simulation

摘要

China has become the largest producer of e-wastes worldwide in 2018. The establishment of efficient and effective recycling network has become crucial for the most regions of China. Discrete event based simulation model was developed to optimize recycling network of home appliances, and comprehensive assessment method including system performance, economic, environmental and energy index were built to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of recycling network.
