The initiation medium for Cerasus campanulata was 1/2MS+1.0 mg L-1 BA+0.1 mg L-1 NAA +30 g L-1 sugar, and theaverage initiation rate was 94.4%. The proliferation medium composed of MS+0.3 mg L-1 BA+0.2 mg L-1 NAA+30 g L-1sugar provided proliferation rate 3.6 and average shoot length 2.3 cm. The rooting medium composed of 1/2MS+0.6 mg L-1IBA+20 g L-1 sugar provided rooting rate 85.6%, average root number per individual 5.9 roots, and average root length 2.7cm. The dishwashing detergent instead of Tween-20 as the spreader reduced the contamination rate for the explantdisinfection. The red-core soil adopted to be the plantlet transfer medium provided 91.3% survival rate. The light media LZand SK were not eligible to be the transfer medium for the species.
