A 10-year-old girl presented with a-3-month historyof asymptomatic, progressively enlarging, brownishplaque over the inner sides of both ankles. The girl wasotherwise in a good health. Her medical history andsystemic examination were normal. Dermatologicalexamination revealed a well-limited brownish plaqueof 3 cm of diameter located symmetrically at the ankles(Fig. 1). The clinical diagnosis in our patient waschallenging evoking: nummular eczema, morphea orlichen aureus (LA).
