Molluscum contagiosum mimicking sebacious hyperplasia

A 61-year-old male presented to our clinic withseveral papules on the face for 6 months. Past medicalhistory was unremarkable. Upon physical examination4-7 mm yellowish dome-shape papules were found.Dermoscopy revealed umbilicated pinkish lobularstructures at the center of the lesion surroundedby erythema. In addition, small radial vessels werenoted. Histopathologic examination revealed dermalamphophilic squamous proliferation containingnumerous eosinophilic intracytoplasmic bodies(Fig. 1).
