摘要

The primary aim of the project is to design anddeveloping the Automatic Wall Painting machine, which helpsto achieve low cost painting. Paint Contains high amount ofchemicals can cause health hazards to the human painterwhich affect the human eyes and respiratory system in humanbody. Also the nature of painting procedure that requiresrepeated work can cause hectic to humans. Proposed systemcontains paint gun, chain link, movable platform, column andwheels. The system can paint up to 50 feet height. heightadjustment and width adjustment can automatically controlledby using sensors. paint can load up to 20 litters in container percycle. 20 litters of paint can cover 50 feet height and 50 feetlength. The total system can run with 1hp single phase motor.
