Many health care industries worldwide are facing Inhospitalcardiac arrest (IHCA) as the leading causeof mortality and investing in treating the patients bycode blue team of anesthesia unit.1Although there area number of studies available concentrated mainly onout-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) very few havefocus on IHCA. In the developed countries such asthe United States, 200,000 patients experiencedcardiac arrest inside the hospital each year2. Majorityof the studies highlighted the poor prognosis amongpatients experienced cardiac arrest in the hospital,thereby decreasing the number of patients survivingto hospital discharge between 15 and 20 % 3.
