摘要

The investigation shows that the microcomputer anti-misoperation locking system is widely used in the large-scale substation of the main network of power system in China. Operators can complete the operation of switching the power equipment and monitoring the running state of the equipment in the main station of the system. If the operator performs the switching operation at the site, the functions of the main station can not be applied, and various types of data in the background cannot be obtained, which will result in the operator can not judge whether the operation of the equipment to be put into or cut off can cause a power accident. In order to obtain this type of data, the operator needs to go to the main station to make an inquiry, which brings great inconvenience to the operator. Based on the ASP.NET Web API framework, this design applies NFC (Near Field Communication) technology to design a mobile client for anti-misoperation locking. It can realize the function of the anti-misoperation locking system on the mobile end, and break through the space and time limitations of the locking system application.
