This paper focuses on the management mechanism of internal message transmission and address book to ensure the security of enterprise information and communication. We study the information storage of instant messaging applications, including interactive multimedia information such as pictures, videos, and voices during the communication process. Stable, efficient, and flexible Database is chosen to store the message data. Meanwhile, the historical record keeping strategy of instant messaging applications are analyzed for the on-time destruction of mobile communication records, and the query of historical communication records of the application background. By encrypting the transmission process of the communication record of the instant messaging application, we realize the end-to-end communication encryption and prevents the communication information from being intercepted by the third party. According to the experiment results, the proposed framework can effectively prevent the information leakage in the mobile message system.
