Law Awareness Forming Strategies to Reinforce The Principles of Social Function of Land Rights Within The Moral Dimension of Citizenship

摘要

The study shows that public awareness in implementing the principles of the social function of land rights seems heteronomous. It happens due to the change of values in society which affects people's behaviors, which are not able to balance among personal interest, social interest, and public interest of land. Law awareness forming the strategies to reinforce the principles of social function of lands within the moral dimension of citizenship can be conducted by using value internalization method such as responsibility, patriotism as agrarian society, solidarity of social life, and priority of working together in the land utilization.
