This document identifies the ethical and professional competences of the Autonomous University of Campeche and their relation to employability. The ethical competences are considered vital for the independent and professional formation of areas of study. The results are presented as part of the research project “Identity, Social Responsibility and Professional Ethics” of the Universidad Autonoma de Campeche (Mexico) and the project of the Research Network of Academic Bodies (REDICA) of the Program of Faculty Improvement (PROMEP) of the Public Education Department, continuing the inter-university project between UNAM and 14 universities of the Republic of Mexico.Under the Educational Competences Plan, the Universidad Autonoma de Campeche is researching towards knowledge of and contribution to the formation of human capital in knowledge, science, technology, but especially in the formation of professional ethical competences.
