World Fleet and the Price of the Ships

We hereby intend to establish the main tendencies of dynamic and structure scored by the world maritime transport fleet, and also the evolution of the prices for the maritime ships. The world fleet is composed by well-structured segments which adapt to the specific of the goods shipped, so that these are independently, making particular markets, who need to be individually analysed. An important phenomenon in the evolution of the world fleet is the explosive rising of its size, so that it is imposed an analysis of the dynamic of the world fleet, taking into account both the new entry ships, and of those which are sold for recycling (scrap), or lost from the commercial point of view. This paper treats one of interesting paradox. This paradox which we study in our approach is the fact that despite any economic difficulties in the world economy, the world fleet scored a constant growth.
