ABSTRACT Naturopathic fasting therapy (NFT), a low calorie diet was described as a safe, harmless and effective method for reducing the body weight and thereby it may have beneficial effects on lipid profile. The present study aims at observing the changes induced by NFT on haematological indices and serum lipid profile in healthy individuals.
